 We are pleased to announce the survey details of BIGBANG 2026 WORLD TOUR IN GOYANG presented by Coupang Play which will take place in Goyang  on AUGUST 21, 2026 (FRI), AUGUST 22, 2026 (SAT) and AUGUST 23, 2026 (SUN).


Please be advised that the survey is a necessary process to receive BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP presale benefits for the upcoming concert and requires your consent to share your personal information with the local ticketing company.


Members who have joined the “BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP” are required to participate in this BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP presale survey. Those who complete the survey within the designated period will be eligible to receive presale benefits for the BIGBANG 2026 WORLD TOUR IN GOYANG presented by Coupang Play.

1. Consent to Data Provision to 1 Choice of Ticketing Platform

  • Under the Personal Information Protection Act, we are collecting personal data to provide it to the designated ticketing platform of choice.
  • Please check the eligibility criteria for each ticketing platform below and select only one to submit your survey.
  • Please note that if you do not consent to personal data provision, you will not be eligible for the priority ticket pre-sale benefit.

  • Foreign Nationals who are not Coupang Wow Members : Foreign members residing in Korea who sign up for Coupang Wow membership through the Coupang Play mobile app after verifying their Korean phone number

  • Foreign members who joined the BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP but cannot sign up for Coupang Wow membership, regardless of place of residence

* Consent to Third-Party Provision of Personal Information.

  • Recipients : Coupang Co., Ltd., Nol Universe Co., Ltd.
  • Provided Information : E-mail address, Membership Number
  • Purpose of Provision : Identification of domestic and international users, granting pre-sale ticket access, and customer service(CS) communication.
  • Retention and Usage Period : Disposed of 7 days after the performance ends.
  • You may refuse to consent to the third-party provision of personal information. However, if consent is refused, ticket booking and CS support will not be available

* To participate in the membership presale, please complete this survey. Failure to complete the survey will prevent you from participating in the membership presale.

* Fan club presale is an exclusive benefit for <BIGBANG V.I.P MEMBERSHIP> members. If your membership status is not maintained after participating in the survey (e.g., membership withdrawal, membership expiration), you may be excluded from the pre-sale eligibility.

If a member selects a ticketing platform they are not eligible for, any disadvantages, such as losing eligibility to the priority ticket pre-sale, will be the member’s responsibility.

* Please be advised that applying for the presale survey does not guarantee the purchase of tickets. However, participation in the survey will allow you to take advantage of the fan club presale opportunity.

* You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information, but if you choose not to consent, you will not be eligible for presale benefits. We request that only those consent to the provision of personal information to participate.

* Priority ticket pre-sale is only possible once you have submitted the survey and verified your membership through the designated ticketing platform (separate notice about membership verification process on the designated ticketing platform planned to follow).

* For a successful priority ticket pre-sale process, you must complete both steps.
